Allumeria Commands, Cheats & Creative Mode

What works in 0.15, what is legacy, and how to enable cheats in multiplayer.

Commands, Cheats & Creative Mode

Steam Early Access 0.15 ships a proper cheat menu that is no longer locked behind a demo-only wall. This page splits confirmed-current commands from older wiki entries that were written before the August 2026 launch. Every legacy command is marked verify-before-using. The goal is a version-aware reference, not a cargo-culted copy of a 2025 command table.

How to enable cheats in 0.15

Cheats are available in the paid Steam build. When creating a character, there is an option to enable cheats. In an existing world, the host can type /cheats in multiplayer to enable cheat options for all players in that session. Once enabled, a cheat menu becomes available in the pause screen.

Confirmed cheat menu options in 0.15:

  • Infinite items — no resource gathering required
  • Creative menu — full item access without crafting
  • Instant block breaking — no waiting for pickaxe swings
  • No damage / god mode — immune to all damage sources
  • These options persist per session unless the host disables /cheats

Confirmed working chat commands

CommandStatus in 0.15Notes
/cheatsConfirmed currentEnables cheat menu for all players in a multiplayer session
/townConfirmed currentForces an NPC move-in check; useful in creative when testing housing layouts
F3 debug infoConfirmed currentVisible in current EA gameplay; shows coordinates and performance data

The /town command was observed in supplied Early Access footage around the 34–35 minute mark of a full playthrough. It triggers the NPC move-in tick without waiting for in-game time to pass.

Legacy commands: do not assume these survived 0.15

The official Allumeria wiki (wiki.gg) lists commands written during the alpha period, including:

  • /gendungeon — generate a dungeon structure
  • /gensnow — generate a snow structure
  • /genstation — generate a crafting station
  • /set — world-setting or position command
  • /day — skip to daytime
  • /night — skip to nighttime

These commands predate the Steam Early Access launch. They were documented in 2025 builds on the free alpha. None of them are confirmed to function in 0.15 without re-testing. The wiki.gg page itself notes that it was last edited in 2025.

Safe approach: treat each of these as “verify before relying on it.” If a creator’s video shows /day working in 2025, that does not mean it works in the August 2026 paid build.

Creative mode vs survival mode

0.15’s creative options are separate from the base survival mode. Creative-style access is available within survival via the cheat menu (infinite items + creative inventory). You do not need to create a separate creative-mode world.

Creative testing use cases that are practical in 0.15:

  • Building large structures without resource limits
  • Testing item interactions and crafting chains
  • Checking housing comfort mechanics with different room layouts
  • Verifying wiring and redstone equivalents in a controlled setting

Commands in multiplayer

The /cheats command enables the cheat menu for all connected players. This is a host-side decision. Guests cannot enable cheats independently; the host controls whether cheats are active. This matters for co-op sessions where one player wants to test builds while others want a normal run.

Demo guests in a forest-only session cannot use commands that require 0.15 content. The demo is still on 0.14.x. Command availability matches the build version.

Why this page exists instead of just copying the old wiki table

Search results already surface the wiki.gg commands page. The improvement here is not a better copy — it is a version split showing what is confirmed current, what was observed in supplied EA footage, and what is explicitly legacy. If you arrived here from a Google result for “Allumeria /day command”, the answer is: verify it works in 0.15 before building a schedule around it.

For commands that do work, the getting started guide and NPC housing are the practical contexts. /town in creative is how you test room comfort without sleeping through nights.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions.

How do I enable cheats in Allumeria 0.15?

Enable cheats when creating a character, or type /cheats in multiplayer as the host. A cheat menu then appears in the pause screen.

Does /day or /night work in 0.15?

These were documented in pre-Early Access alpha builds on wiki.gg. They have not been confirmed to work in the August 2026 paid build. Treat them as legacy commands that need verification.

What is /town in Allumeria?

/town forces an NPC move-in check. It works in 0.15 and is useful for testing housing comfort without waiting for the in-game day cycle to advance.

Can guests enable cheats in multiplayer?

No. Only the host can enable cheats with /cheats. Guests inherit the host's cheat settings for that session.
